Spaghetti With Tuna

Serves 4-6


  1. Bring the water to a boil in a container and season with salt. When the water starts to boil, add the spaghetti and cook. Drain the tuna cans and cut the tuna into chips.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper.

  3. Add the olive oil and stir until a smooth and thick sauce is obtained. Add the oregano and the drained capers to the sauce.

  4. Put the spaghetti on a platter and mix the tuna and sauce with two forks and serve.
