  1. In order for the octopus meat to be tender, tender and tasty as intended, slowly dip the octopus in a pan of boiling water, so that the muscles give way with the temperature difference. Immerse the octopus without releasing it two or three times in the water. Cook for 30 minutes until tender. Remove the water and cut the octopus into small pieces.

  2. In a pan with oil, place the octopus in pieces and add the onions cut into pieces and the sliced garlic. Spice with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Place on a plate, and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.

  4. Serve with boiled or fried potatoes.
