Method

  1. For the filling: in a skillet with olive oil, sauté the onion and the chopped garlics, stirring from time to time, until they are browned. Add the minced meat, spice with salt and pepper and cook until it gains color. Add the tomato pulp and cornflour mix well and cook until it thickens. Remove from heat, add a little parsley, mix and let cool.

  2. Prepare the dough: in a pan with water, add the butter and a pinch of salt bring to the heat and bring to a boil. Add the flour in the form of “rain”, stirring constantly until a homogeneous ball is obtained. Remove and let cool.

  3. On a table sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough, place some of the filling on top, fold the dough and cut into the shape of a patty. Repeat the operation until the ingredients are finished, then pass through beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

  4. Place the rissoles on an oven tray, lined with aluminum foil. Place in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
