Chocolate Almonds

  1. Preheat the oven to 150ºC..

  2. Line an oven tray with parchment paper and arrange the almonds. Bake the almonds to toast for 12 minutes, turning them from time to time. Remove from the oven and set aside.

  3. Melt chocolate in double boiler. Dip the almonds in the melted chocolate. Remove and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

  4. Separate the almonds with the help of two spoons and let the chocolate cool. Place in a closed container in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

  5. Place in sachets to offer or serve immediately.
