  1. In a bowl, mix the baker''s yeast, milk and sugar. Add the flour, melted butter and eggs.

  2. Knead the dough for 7 minutes until the dough not sticks move the dough from the bowl onto a lightly floured surface.

  3. Dust your hands with flour then shape the dough into a ball.

  4. Then push the dough away from you with your palms using a rolling motion. Add more flour as you go if the dough sticks.

  5. Put the dough in the bowl, cover for 60 minutes. After, roll out the dough.

  6. Add the bacon to the strips and knead the dough until it forms a ball. Roll out the dough again and add the ham cut into pieces, roll out the dough again.

  7. Put the dough in the bowl, cover for 30 minutes.

  8. Preheat the oven to 180º C.

  9. Remove the dough from the bowl and knead again.

  10. Cut the dough into two parts. Shape the dough into 2 rolls. Make a braid with them, put it in a greased shape and brush with the egg yolk.

  11. Bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for about 45 minutes or until golden.

  12. Remove from the oven and remove from the mold after cooling.
