  1. In a frying pan over low heat, sauté the sliced onion and crushed garlic cloves in the oil.

  2. Add the cod and the potatoes and mix well. Let the potatoes soften a little.

  3. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a fork.

  4. Add the eggs to the cod, mix everything, and let the eggs be cooked.

  5. Taste and fine-tune the seasonings. Serve the Brás cod, sprinkled with parsley and olives.
