Baked Cod With Potatoes And Grelos

  1. Grease an oven tray with olive oil. Place the sliced onions at the bottom of the tray and place the cod slices on top, with the skin turned down and sliced garlic cloves.

  2. Lightly grease another tray with olive oil, and place the washed potatoes inside. Sprinkle with oil and salt. Bake for about 50 minutes.

  3. In the meantime choose and wash the grelos. Bake in boiling salted water for 7 minutes and let cool.

  4. When the cod and potatoes are ready, remove the tray from the oven.

  5. With a clenched hand, punch the potatoes, in order to slightly open the skin. Sprinkle the potatoes with another pinch of salt.

  6. Place the potatoes and grelos on a platter. Add the cod on top. Drizzle with the cod roast sauce.
