Roast Goat Leg in the Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º C.

  2. Prepare the paste: 2 chopped onions, chopped gar-lic and bacon, butter, paprika, white wine, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture well over the goat leg.

  3. In an oven tray, place the remaining sliced onions, bay leaf and chopped parsley. Add the goat leg on top. Marinate for 1 hour.

  4. Add remaining white wine, potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Spread small butter nuts over the goat leg.

  5. Bake at 180ºC for about 90 minutes.

  6. Check the cooking point and pour over the broth.

  7. Serve if you prefer with white rice or salted vegetables.
