  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C.

  2. Beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt, with an electric mixer on maximum speed for 15 minutes, until it''s a super fluffy and voluminous cream.

  3. Sift the flour directly into the dough, gently fold in by hand, in circular movements from the bottom up, ensuring that the flour is well absorbed.

  4. Pour the dough into the form with parchment paper greased with butter and bake in a preheated oven at 180º C for about 25 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven and remove from the mold after cooling.
