Method

  1. The cod must be soaked the day before in water. For the cod not to get too salty, you should change the water 1 or 2 times.

  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Choose and wash the Portuguese cabbage leaves well.

  3. In a saucepan, put water seasoned with salt and cook the potatoes with the eggs and the cod. As soon as it boils, introduce the cabbages and cook.

  4. In a frying pan, bring the oil with the crushed garlic cloves to the heat and bring to a boil. Then add the vinegar and keep warm.

  5. After everything is cooked, place on a platter and serve immediately. Serve with the sauce separately.
