Method

  1. Wash the octopus and pour it into a pan. Peel the onion and add it to the octopus. Add the bay leaf and a little water (no need to be covered in water), cover and bring to medium heat to cook for about 50 minutes.

  2. Peel the potatoes and cut the cabbage into pieces and wash everything. In a pan with boiling water, add the potatoes, season with salt, and cook for about 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the cab-bage and eggs and let it finish. Drain everything and set aside.

  3. In a pan with boiling oil, sauté the garlic in thin slic-es.

  4. Place the drained octopus on a platter, add the po-tatoes, cabbage, and eggs, peeled, and sliced, driz-zle with garlic oil and serve hot.
