Simple Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.

  2. Separate the yolks from the whites. Place in an electric mixer and beat until the egg whites are in snow and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until a whitish cream. Add butter and continue beating. Add the chocolate dissolved in the milk and the wheat flour mixed with the sifted cornstarch.

  4. Butter a mold and sprinkle with flour and pour the chocolate dough into it. Bake at 180ºC for about 35 minutes.

  5. When cooked, remove from oven, allow to cool and unmold.
