Puff Pastry Tart With Pineapple

  1. Line a mold with the puff pastry and make holes with a fork.

  2. Prepare the cream: boil 200 ml of milk. Apart from that, mix the other ingredients with the remaining cold milk and then add it to the hot milk, still on the fire, without stopping stirring until you get a thick cream. Remove from heat and let cool, stirring well.

  3. Pour the cream into the pan and spread.

  4. Place the pineapple cut into slices and bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes.

  5. When it is cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool.
