Nut Cake

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C.

  2. Put the eggs and flour in an electric mixer and mix lightly.

  3. Add sugar and baking powder and continue to beat until the dough starts to bubble.

  4. Add the chopped nuts.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 180º C, in a round pan lined with parchment paper.

  6. Remove from the oven, unmold and let cool.
