Chocolate Cake

  1. Break the chocolate into small pieces and bring to a boil to melt together with the butter.

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla. Add the melted chocolate and the sifted flour.

  3. Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with flour and pour the chocolate dough inside. Bake at 200ºC for about 35 minutes.

  4. For the icing, break the chocolate into pieces and bring to the heat with the cream, stirring to melt well. Remove from heat and pour over the cake. Let cool and decorate with chocolate sprinkles and nuts.
