Apple Pie

Serves 6-8


  1. Sprinkle a work surface with flour and roll the dough 3 mm thick.

  2. Cut a circle of dough 25 cm in diameter and prick it with the help of a fork.

  3. Grease a baking pan with butter and sprinkle it with flour.

  4. Pour the dough, mark 0.5 cm from the end to the center and scratch with a sharp knife all the way around, without cutting.

  5. For the filling: drizzle the dough with honey, sprinkle with nutmeg and set aside.

  6. Cut the apples into thin slices with the peel and drizzle with lemon juice. Arrange them alternately over the dough in a spiral and without exceeding the mark and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

  7. Bake at 200ºC, for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Drizzle the tart with honey and serve.
