Apple and Figs Pie

  1. Sprinkle a 3 mm thick work surface with flour.

  2. Cut a circle of dough 25 cm in diameter and prick it with the help of a fork.

  3. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle it with flour.

  4. Pour in the dough, mark 0.5 cm from the end to the center and scratch with a sharp knife, all the way around, without cutting.

  5. For the filling: drizzle the dough with honey, sprinkle with nutmeg and set aside.

  6. Cut apples and figs into thin slices with peel. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice. Arrange the slices, alternated, on the dough, in a spiral and without exceeding the mark.

  7. Bake at 200ºC for about 20 minutes. Let it cool. Drizzle the pie with honey and serve.
