Mixed Puff Pastry

  1. Place the puff pastry on a table. Roll it out with the help of a rolling pin and cut small rectangles. Place a slice of cheese and ham on top of each other. Close the dough until the ham and cheese are completely covered.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  3. Make small diagonal strokes with the help of a knife on the top of each one and brush with beaten egg. Bake until golden, about 20 minutes.

  4. Turn off the oven and serve the puff pastry.
