  1. In a pan with warm water, add the bakers yeast and stir until dissolved.

  2. On the table, place the flour with a pinch of salt and make a cavity in the center.

  3. Add the oil and then the water with the yeast and gradually knead very well.

  4. Then place the dough in a floured bowl, make a slight cross cut, cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place until it is twice the size.

  5. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  6. Divide the dough into pieces, and make small balls.

  7. Place them separately, on a floured tray (or with a sheet of parchment paper) and let it rise for another 5 minutes.

  8. Bake for approximately 40 minutes until cooked and golden on top.

  9. Remove, let cool and serve.
